Sanguine/Bloedrood. Luc Tuymans on Baroque
The presence of Piotr Tolmachov in Sanguine/Bloedrood starts from his technicality – the construction of electronic sound fields with synthesizers and sequencers – and is here quite direct and almost interactive. By using the background noise already present in the museum space, Tolmachov creates a sound piece that moves rhythmically through the space.
